Located on the smaller continental island of Til, the Falarin Library is among the most ancient locations with a still active community today. Once a staple of knowledge in the days of the Falarin World Empire, the Library served as a primary hub of all knowledge pertaining to magic and technology. Originally founded and overseen by the architect Molaris, the towers fell under the control of the Falarin high counsel as they fell into the issues of war with Men. Despite Tobbs, son of Molaris, efforts to claim lordship of the Library, he was pushed out under excuse that he would better serve as a Rook in the war to come due to his political influence and sympathy to the Ahmen.
The library became the only safe haven for Falarin in the years to follow as the world fell under the influence of men. Upon the rise of the Seven Kings, the Library was commissioned to create items of power which rose the Seven kings to near godhood.
After the scarring of Wyl, the Library came under a civil war among its inhabitants, many believing the material and knowledge there must be destroyed, others believing it needing to be saved and guarded so history had proof of the events which lead to the world's near destruction. A vast majority of the knowledge fell to fire, tablets cracked and crumbled into ruin, cast from the heights of the tower itself. The magical civil war which raged on tore a hole in the sky which brought in forces that nearly collapsed the entire city surrounding the tower. The final days of the Falarin Empire ended in a shroud of mist flashing with the clashes of magical forces which would never again be wielded by any mortal, for the knowledge fell with the Falarin.
The remnants of Falarin tribes were forced to abandon their home in the city, becoming nomadic for a time before most became settled in tribes among other lands. The majority of Falarin found solace in the floating isles of the Tor'Kin, helping create improved flying ships and enriching the Tor'Kin Empire.
